Handmade notice

Due to the nature of working with resin please be aware that there may be some 'imperfections' such as dust, micro-bubbles, uneven edges, or small microcavities. Large pieces may have 'layer lines' due to them being poured in several layers which is unavoidable but please remember you are not purchasing a manufactured item and this does not detract from its beauty or charm.

Please note that I will try and dry out all of your flowers, however, I cannot guarantee to use them all in your order. I will use the best-dried flowers to have the most visual impact. I cannot return any unused flowers. Please be aware your flowers may change colour during the drying process (see FAQs for more info).

Sometimes the dried flowers may be too big for the mould (depending on what you choose) so I may have to deconstruct or strip them down to fit inside, however, I will make sure this is discussed beforehand.

Please make sure you double-check your ring size when ordering a sterling silver ring. It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct size.

Changes to your order

Unfortunately, I cannot make changes to your order once I have started the process, however please contact me ASAP if you need to make any changes before your flowers are received or you want to add additional items.

Minimum order spend

Minimum order spend is £100 (excluding delivery) for resin flower preservation.

Payments

An initial (non refundable) deposit of £35.00 is required to preserve your date. Once the flowers have been received I then require 50% of the total order to start the process. The remaining amount minus your deposit is then due on completion of your order.

Shipping and delivery costs

If you choose to send your flowers through the post, you will receive information on how to do this once you have booked and paid your deposit. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure the flowers arrive in the best possible condition. I am not responsible for any damage caused to your flowers during transit by a third party courier.

Delivery costs are caIculated by weight and size. I normally send out deliveries by 'Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service'. This aims to deliver in two to three working days including Saturdays with a signature on delivery.

Turnaround times

Please be aware your order could take anything up to 6 months to complete (depending on order size and over busy periods). Your patience and understanding is much appreciated and I will keep you updated at all times.

Refunds and Cancellations

If the date of your wedding or occasion has been changed I can happily amend this f.o.c and subject to availability.

I cannot offer refunds or returns on handmade / custom orders.

Acceptance of order

By accepting your order you are bound by the statements made above and agree to them all.
